Harry Browne PE is CEO and owner of Flow-Sync, a veteran-owned company established in 2018 to provide automation solutions to midstream and upstream oil and gas companies. He is experienced in facility design, oilfield water management and project economics. Before founding Flow-Sync, he worked on the utility and infrastructure board of the city of Kennedale, Texas and prior to that served as engineering manager for Ameri-Fab Energy Solutions. Browne holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego and an M.B.A. from San Diego State-University-California. He is licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
