Rogier Pouwer

Rogier Pouwer is the Director of Transformation for Western Midstream Partners, LP.  He’s part of a transformation team that is responsible for major platform, business process, and operational efforts to move Western Midstream forward in leveraging technology and data as key differentiators in how they run their business, satisfy their customers, and attract and retain top talent.

Prior to his current role, Rogier worked as the Director of Automation and Operations Technology for WES with responsibility for operations focused technology, SCADA, and automation support both projects & operations.

Before WES, Rogier worked various engineering, business development, sales, marketing, and consulting roles at Occidental Petroleum, Anadarko, Barry D. Payne & Associates, Honeywell, AspenTech, and Setpoint.

Rogier is happily married to his wife of 30 years, Melanie, and is the father of 8 children.  Rogier graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
