Steve Beamer is responsible for industry outreach and identifying problems that Element Unify can help solve. A former customer with over 30 years of experience, he has led a major digital transformation effort and has a deep understanding of operations excellence and the systems that support it. Steve has served in site and executive leadership roles at large oil & gas and mining companies including ExxonMobil, Hess, Peabody Energy, and BP. He began his career in the Nuclear Navy and in the industry has worked in Engineering, Maintenance/Reliability and Operations. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
