Andreana is currently the Manager of Innovation Consultancy at Wazoku, a market leading innovation software company based in London, England, where she oversees the customer success team working with clients that span all of the Americas. She has been an industry leader in the innovation space for nearly a decade and a half, working with organizations to help build and scale their innovation programs. Her specialty is in Challenge Driven Innovation, which involves tapping into a large crowd through key innovation software tools to help solve critical business issues.
Andreana has directed multi-million-dollar portfolios across a variety of industries, helping customers address key challenges with actionable solutions. She has played a lead role in working with Enterprise clients throughout her career, including government entities, energy sector, pharmaceutical companies, banking, and host of other industry leaders.
Andreana resides in Alexandria, Virginia, and when not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2-year-old daughter, and their dog as well as the occasional round of golf.
