Ben Congdon-Jones is the Head of Operations and Technology in North America. Ben is a Chemical Engineer, graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has been programming since he was 11. Starting as a Data Architect with Braincube over four years ago, he has worked with hundreds of manufacturers on end to end process delivery. Today he leads the Consultant and Data Architect team to ensure optimal customer deployments and customer experience with Braincube.
