Tony Lighty is CORYS’ Senior Business Development Manager for Process Industries. His role is directing and accomplishing CORYS’ go to market strategy for business development, sales & marketing.
Tony has 8 years of experience in industrial and technology learning development and deployment for companies like AVEVA and Schneider Electric. He also retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service dedicated to Operations, Management and Maintenance in nuclear and heavy industry. His focus is on integrating Learning & Development, O&M environments using dynamic simulation, XR, and adaptive learning. His work has won awards from Hydrocarbon Processing with awards for his work in 2020 for the Best Health, Safety and Environmental Contribution.
Tony has a B.S. in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University. He is also a graduate of the US Navy’s Nuclear Power Training Program and Leadership Training Program.
